Novigo comes from Esperanto, a language created by Dr. Zamenhof after WWII to promote global communication and cultural understanding.
The store is divided into two themes: a “Theater” focused on storytelling, and a “Museum” highlighting ecological awareness. The exterior blends both ideas, creating a “jungle theater in the city.”
On the first floor, mirrors expand the space while gift boxes form colorful wall patterns. Visitors can use a vintage IBM time clock to punch bookmark-style tickets, enhancing the museum-like experience.
The second floor splits into two areas. The Theater uses gift box-inspired furniture and wallpapers with stage scenes from East and West, turning the brand’s packaging into a walk-in show. The Museum draws from curiosity cabinets, using mirrors and optical illusions to stretch the space. Trompe-l'œil murals, translucent animal folders, and sunlight through seamless canvas signage create a glowing, slide-like effect.
