幾年前，品牌創辦人在泰國曼谷的一間老餐館中，邂逅了一道令人難以忘懷的「招牌炸魚」。其風味的純粹與層次，讓人一週內反覆回訪，只為再次確認那份記憶中的驚艷。

歷經兩年的時間醞釀，團隊決定將這份來自曼谷的味覺記憶帶回台灣。透過與當地主廚的深度合作，完整還原料理工序與風味細節，讓經典得以跨越地域重現。

Years ago, the brand's founder crossed paths with an unforgettable "signature fried fish" at an old restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand. The purity and rich layers of its flavor were so captivating that the founder returned repeatedly within a single week, just to reconfirm that breathtaking memory on the palate.

After two years of meticulous preparation and refinement, the team decided to bring this culinary memory from Bangkok back to Taiwan. Through deep collaboration with the local Thai chef, every step of the cooking process and every detail of the flavor have been faithfully recreated, allowing this classic dish to transcend geographical boundaries.
