日出喜餅秉持著日出多年以來的傳統，以舊有建物進行改造並注入新的視覺感受，在建築外觀上以古希臘的科林斯風格柱以及古羅馬時期常應用的拱造型，並將兩種元素做結合，主導此次的外觀設計。

建築外立面上的布局也隱藏著嚴謹的比例關係，從外觀可以察覺每層樓的樓板高低不一樣，但實際上我們僅調整了重新拉皮的外牆高低，也巧妙地將柱頭顛倒，呈現有別於古典建築美的定義。其次利用建築消失點的原理套用在二三四樓的欄杆上，比例調整是依循著樓層高度越高層欄杆高度逐漸拉高，展現建築中帶給人的視覺美感。

從結構到天花再到展售櫃體設計，室內牆面由GRC白水泥作為空間色彩的基底，搭配象徵生育與再生的祖母綠作為主要的運用色彩，在古羅馬，綠色是維納斯(Venus)的顏色，祖母綠被視為可以守護女子貞節、維繫夫妻感情的代表色，也是我們挑選帶有綠色的台灣本土的花蓮蛇紋石作為整體櫃體設計的原因。

Dawncake Patisserie continues Dawncake’s tradition by renovating an old building with a fresh visual identity. The exterior blends Greek Corinthian columns with Roman arches, creating a unique and elegant façade.

Though floor heights seem uneven, only the resurfaced exterior walls were adjusted. Inverted column capitals add a playful twist to classical aesthetics. The railings on upper floors follow a vanishing point principle—gradually increasing in height to enhance visual harmony.

Inside, GRC white cement sets a clean base, paired with emerald green—a color linked to Venus in ancient Rome, symbolizing fertility and love. Locally sourced Hualien serpentinite, with its natural green tone, was chosen for the display cabinets to echo this symbolism.
